No. Clickstoppers is not presenting itself as the charger manufacturer.
Who provides final pricing and technical approval?
Eco Plug provides final pricing, evaluation and approval through its policies and executed documents.
How are leads registered?
Qualified opportunities may be registered through the applicable referral or lead process after initial assessment.
Are returns guaranteed?
No. Returns, utilisation and income are not guaranteed by Clickstoppers.
Who handles installation and maintenance?
Installation, warranty and maintenance responsibilities are subject to Eco Plug's applicable agreement and operational policy.
What happens if site access changes due to road, flyover, barrier or electricity-infrastructure work?
Eco Plug has indicated that relocation support may be considered where government infrastructure changes materially affect site access or commercial viability. Clickstoppers recommends that relocation eligibility, cost responsibility, technical feasibility and the treatment of single chargers, multiple chargers and full charging hubs be documented in the applicable agreement.
Can a charging station be relocated?
Relocation is subject to technical feasibility, commercial approval and the applicable agreement.
Is Clickstoppers an exclusive partner?
No. Clickstoppers acts as an authorized, non-exclusive business development, marketing and strategic expansion partner.
How long does project commissioning take?
Commissioning timelines depend on site readiness, technical evaluation, electrical requirements, approvals and agreement execution.
Can societies receive chargers without upfront equipment cost?
Some approved models may involve no equipment invoice to the society, but final cost treatment, configuration and feasibility remain subject to Eco Plug's technical survey and agreement.
